Yvonne, I don't know anything of the two churches you have mentioned. However, I know that Freiden's Lutheran became Freiden's Evangelical and Reformed Church, a very liberal offshoot of Lutheranism. Some time around 1960 it merged with yet another church (I think one of the Presbyterians) and became the United Church of Christ, by which name it is known today. I tell you this because if you are seeking a church that was formerly Freiden's, you might now want to look for it under the United Church of Christ. Regards, Dick Hudson
