I am G. Lee Hearl (Harrell, Herrall, Harrold lines) and new to this list.. I am searching for any reference to HUGH HARRELL, HERRALL, HARROLD ETC. living in N.C. between 1750 and 1800.. Specifically trying to find where Hugh, Hugha, Harrell etc. of Rowan, Burke, Yancey, Mitchell county (Big Rock Creek area) came from..He was possibly related to Jonathan Harrold etc. who came to Guilford-Surry Co.
