Andrew Russell in one of his deeds purchased land on Ruddocks Creek. I can't find any creek that has that name today. Does anyone know what was being referred to? Most of his land was on South Buffalo Creek which is quite long and I would like to narrow the area down some. Other land owners mentioned in deeds were John McAdow, Wm Armfield, Solomon Armfield, James Millis, Elisha Stack, and Davis's line. These are over a period of 1793-1808. Can anyone help me to get an idea of this location? Also interested in whether anyone is using the program Deed Mapper to plot the early landowner?
