You know, of course, that the Happy99.exe is a worm, the person who "sent" it has no idea their computer is infected, and now there's a good chance that your computer is infected as well, and sending out e-mails without your knowledge? (Depending on what platform you're using, etc.) Do a web search on Happy99.exe and see what comes up. There are sites that tell you how to get rid of it.
