Possibly helpful information. LDS new URL: http://32.96.111.13/default.asp If everyone tries to get on at once, it will crash again probably. Hi, Steve, and everybody else on Lancsgen, I've just finished quite a session on the new LDS Family Search web site and think I have some [hopefully] good advice to offer. After searching for one name on the site, click on the "Clear" button before entering a new name. I learned to do that during my recent session and it seemed to eliminate many of the "busy" or error periods. Out of 10 tries [a good round number], I believe I got through with my names at least 7 times. Hope this helps somebody! Best wishes for genealogical successes this year and in the future, Richard B. Anderson, Jr., Danville, Virginia USA r.anderson@d-k.com Would anyone living in the greater Atlanta [Georgia] area please e-mail me OFF-LIST? I have a non-genealogy favor to ask [for an activity scheduled April 22nd-25th]. I'll explain the details later for anyone who might be interested in helping me. - ___________________________________________________________________ You don't need to buy Internet access to use free Internet e-mail.
