Hinson of Guilford County, North Carolina? Sgt. Hinson was a World War II MIA who was lost in 1944 on the same Army Air Force aircraft as my uncle, 1st Lt. Irwin G. Zaetz. My information is that Sgt. Hinson's mother was Mrs. D. C. Hinson, 1910 Poplar Street, Greensboro, North Carolina. Within the past year, the wreckage of this aircraft was discovered in a remote part of northeastern India. My family is trying to find relatives of the missing crewmen to persuade the Department of Defense to send a recovery team to the site of the wreckage. Any information on Sgt.
