Potter who I think resided in Greensboro, Guilford, North Carolina. He was born December 1844 in Indiana. His wife Mabel (first wife?) is buried in Lacon, Illinois. She died in 1933. I think he then moved to Greensboro. He is my husband's uncle and I have no other information. If anyone has any information regarding George E. Potter, I would appreciate it if you would contact me.
