Part of that is Research Guidance at http://www.familysearch.org/rg/index.html which is helpful ideas for you to use when finding ancestors. There is another place called All Research Helps at http://www.familysearch.org/rg/research/index.html this one gives you advice and explains what things are. There is a lot of help on this FamilySearch website, with more coming out all the time. They are even working on updating it from 1.0 to 2.0 with more language capabilities and to make the features more visible to users. Good luck!
