Since he is deceased there is no way to check with him on his sources. Here is what I have, you will have to do your own verification. Daniel Nathaniel FOUST was born 13 Oct 1788 in Orange Co, NC. His first wife was a Mary Jane HUMPRERIES whom he married about 1810 in Knox Co, TN. Daniel died 28 Feb 1882 in Anderson Co, TN where he is buried. Charles Richard (I have seen Charles Richardson) FOUST was believed to be the first-born of Daniel and Mary. He was born about 1811 in Anderson Co, TN where he also died date unknown.
