I found a couple of marriages in Clark Co., IN for this family... however I also found a LEWIS CLAPP who married Rebecca GOBEN on 7 April 1835 (Marriage Book D #269). I don't believe Lewis belongs to this family. Does anyone know who he is? Brown --Marriage Book D (1834-1841) #611 I also found a Peter AMICK, Jr who married Ifamy CLAPP, 12 Jan 1830 (#26) I have a Peter AMICK, Sr/Anna Catherine INGOLD who moved from NC to IN, but only have Matilda and Nicholas as their children. Also he was born in 1779 and married Sarah FOUST and died in Jennings Co., IN. It doesn't look like Peter is from this family.
