I went out there as I'm registered and here is some info from the website regarding the death record at the Guilford County Register of Deeds: Record of Death: File Number 1958907347 / Book 0102 Page 0167 They will list parent(s) names but the record stated "UKNOWN". I looked to see if there was a marriage record but did not see one. Have you tried the NC State Archieves in Raleigh.....they might have records for Harnett County?
