Unfortunely, they do not give his parent's names. I tried to attach the file to ths post for you to have but had trouble....if you will give me your e-mail address, I'll try to send them to you direct. It said that he was a native of Dunn, NC but had lived in Greensboro for 27 yrs. You might try the county for Dunn, NC and their register of Deeds for birth and possible marriage records. If you can find where he was marred and the year, this ususally will list the parents names. I had a lot of luck getting names of parents from the marriage certficates. Good Luck!
