    1. [NCGUILFO] price increase
    2. Hi all, This was posted on another list and is a HEADS up for us all: "Last night at a lecture, I was talking to my friend & colleague Dr. Robert (Bob) PLOWMAN of the Mid-Atlantic National Archives in Philadelphia. He told me that on July 1, 2000, the cost of the Military Records was going from $10.00 to $17.50 & the cost of the Pension Records from $10.00 to $40.00 this is for the Revolutionary War, Civil War, etc. So you may want to send for these records before the cost goes up!" I just called the Branch Office in San Bruno, California and they verify that there will be a price increase, but they haven't received the official word as to just when it will be effective.
