Is anyone on this list researching the CUMMINGS family of Guilford County? I have a autograph book dated 1891 where Florence CUMMINGS wrote a verse to my grandmother. May 6, 1891 Dear Minnie, "In memories casket drop one pearl for your friend" A. Florence Cummings Salem College, NC I would like to know who this Florence married and the year of her death, I know that my grandmother died first in 1944 and Florence placed a pearl in her casket. My now deceased aunt Evelyn Tillman, told me in 1991 that they placed a pearl in the casket of Florence in memory of my grandmother.
