A genealogist in Guilford Co. provided me with an excerpt from the 1850 Guilford census. This version (limited to my PACE people) also gave the county of birth for the people involved. I haven't seen this on any other county census for that year. Is this unique to Guilford Co. NC, or was the county of birth added later (after the census was taken).
