Peterson was indeed "my" Hildur's maiden name so it must be the correct person you found, Pat!! Can't thank you enough! Now that we know that she might be listed as Peterson instead of Holmberg - is anyone with access to Guilford Co./North Carolina records able to find additional information about Hildur that could help me determine her place of residence?
