I don't know if Hannah or Elizabeth and another John Green who married Anne Armfield in 1797, how they related and who the parents were. I will keep an eye open for answers and others that read Guilford's message board may help too. Sorry, hope you can find answers. P.S. The Archives at The Library of Virginia has Land Office Grants that you can view online. I found one from Nov. 1663, Virginia, Glouchester Co., that has Armfield (no first name)grantee & John Green on it. Description reads: 400 acres beginning at John Greens corner tree by Mr. Pates Swamp. Source: Land Office Patents NO. 5,1661-66(v 1.& 2 p.1-369), p.152 (Reel 5). http://lvaimage.lib.va.us Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
