I do not know from what area of NC that Rachel Green/e came, but she was born there, married a John C. Hooker b ca 1810 (according to census of TN), and moved to E TN where son married Lettice Duncan/Dunkin, daughter of Robert Paul Duncan/Dunkin b 1815 VA who in NC married Adeline Whitaker, daughter of Sen. James Whitaker of NC. I know nothing further about my Rachel Green/e, although many of the E TN lines did originate near Guilford Co. Please contact me directly at famtreasures9@cox.net
