Well, thanks to Tracy Stancil, my cousin Betty and I have a strong lead. Tracy found some info at the Greene County courthouse which suggests that James Baker of Greene County born abt. 1804 was married possibly second marriage to Priscilla Darden born abt. 1815 of Pitt County. They both died about 1872. If anyone knows who Priscilla Darden may have been married to the first time, let us know via the group so we can both see it, please:) Priscilla born 1815 could have been married to a man with a name beginning with an A. She lists that as one of her initials in a census. Priscilla Darden's father is listed in the LDS site as Abraham Darden and Sarah Westbrook. Does anyone have a list of their siblings?
