    1. [NCGRANVI-L] Granville County, NC > Wilson County TN

    3. Barbara and Group, My Garner's seem to migrate about as often as your kin Barbara, started in VA (1750) > Granville Co. (1770-1815/16) > Wilson Co. TN (1818-1832) > Salem, Marion County IL (1832-1835). The Garner patriarch and matriarch, daughter in law and three of their adult Garner children died in the Cholera Epidemic of the fall of 1834. Finally loosing the wanderlust or cheap land and one by one settled semi permanently in Wright and Webster Co. Mo. between 1835 -1850, except for a few brave souls who set out for Napa Co. and San Benito Co. CA before 1850. I am curious to find out if anyone had kin that went from Granville Co. > Wilson Co. to Marion Co. IL.
