I believe that I have found Edmund Smith in SC. He was the son of Gulielmus Smith. He married Elizabeth Ann Daniel, January 25, 1779, Granville Co, NC. She was the daughter of James and Sarah Cooke Daniel. Is there any one out there that is researching this line. His brother, Ransom D. Smith, mentioned him in his pension papers as going to SC and I think I have found him. I will not bore everyone on the list with the details just contact me and we will share. Helen L.
