    1. Virginia Road Orders - Problem?
    2. Well, after I told you lovely people about the Virginia Road Orders which are online, I tried to connect. Failed because it seems I need Dr. Watson. I googled for doctor watson and learned that it is a softwar program which helps one read certain messages. I have not downloaded it. Has anyone made connection with the Road Orders? Did you need Dr. Watson [Sherlock Holmes's sidekick]? Please share your experiences. E.W.Wallace

    3. Hi... I saw that some people have responded - some with success; some, with problems. I'm among the lucky ones who got through without a hitch. I have DrWatson as part of my Windows XP. It's in my Windows/System32 subdirectory. You may not need to download it. I think it also came with Win 98, but I don't remember where it "lived" in 98. Hope you get it resolved. And, thank you for the great link! I haven't had time to study it, but I did pull up a couple of counties where my ancestors lived - Lunenburg and Amelia Cos. - and scanned through them. Thanks...
