I found the posting below on another list and haven't been able to find out any more about it. Thomas Harris' will was proved in 1789 Granville Co. According to this information there must be court records of appointing of guardians of these three children. Does anyone have any information on this? Would someone in the area be willing to go to the courthouse and check for this record for me? If so, please email me directly.
