Just wanted all to know that there is still time to submit (free) articles and photos for the forthcoming Old Mecklenburg Co., NC Heritage book! Even though our deadline is Oct. 15, we'll still be accepting material at our Oct. 17th meeting. This event will be on Oct. 17, at 6:30 PM at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg County Library, 310 N.
