He married Artamissa Hendrick b: 5-15-1852 in Greene Co. Mo. The two married 3-18-1866 in Lamar Co., Texas. One of their daughters, Idah Mae Jackson married Benjamin Matthew Holt, my grandparents.They lived in Texas for a while and moved to Carter Co., Ardmore, Oklahoma, Indian Territory.
