I am thinking that if there is a connection its before 1800. I'm thinking Hinton and Benjamine might have been cousins of my Archibald. I have sent your post info along to my fellow Hill cousins researching from Georgia and Florida. They are well versed in NC.Hills. I'll let you know if they find anything...Gary
