Shelby, Cedar Rock was and is on Highway 56 outside of Louisburg headed towards Castalia. It is best located by the Cedar Rock Baptist Church that is on Highway 56. Nearby communities are Stallings Crossroads and White Level. If you go to a mapping web site such as www.mapquest.com, you might be able to get an idea of its location. When I checked Mapquest, they did not show Cedar Rock, but they did show Stallings Crossroads.
