Regards, Jim crosslin@lasercom.net ------------ extracted from Franklin County court minutes -------------- Minutes of June Court 1817 On motion William Ranson sen came into Court and deposeth and sayeth, that he is acquainted with Charles Asku and Ephraim Asku, who entered as privates in the 10th United States Infantry, and who died as this deponent learned while in Service, that the said Charles & Ephraim left Thomas Asku, Green Asku, George Asku, Robert Asku, John Asku, Fanny Asku, Charlotte Asku, Polly Asku, Martha Asku, and Sally Asku, their brothers and sisters, who are their heirs at law, - that the said Thomas, Green, George, Polly, Fanny, Charlotte, Martin, & Sally, are of full age, that the others, to wit, Robert and John, are minors under 21 years old, which was ordered to be certified by the clerk.
