Jim crosslin@lasercom.net ------------ extracted from Franklin County court minutes -------------- Minutes of March Court 1816 The last Will and Testament of Sampson Wiggins, was exhibited and proved, by the oath of Edmund G. Brodie, Green Wiggins, and Winney May, the witnesses thereto and on MOR. - And at the same time Archibald Wiggins qualified as executor thereto, according to law. Minutes of March Court 1816 Ordered that the executor of Wampson Wiggins sell the property at Nine Months Credit, agreeable to the Will, - and report. Minutes of June Court 1816 An account of the sale of the estate of Sampson Wiggins deceased, was returned by Archer Wiggins his executor, on oath, and on M.O.R.
