I am trying to find ancestors of Spencer Brown and his wife Mary(Polly)Debnam who married in Franklin County 1821 or 27. Family tradition says that Peter Foster, uncle of Spencer was the guardian of Spencer. I plan to come to Franklin County in a few weeks. Are there Guardian records for late 1700's and early 1800's available in the county to look at? How about estate settlements and wills for this same time period?
