We have just finished posting the remainder of Bute County Records, Vol. I. on the Bute Co. GenWeb page. This book is primarily Wills, Guardianships and Estate records. We will be starting on Vol. 2 next week which will cover the Bute Co. Deed Records. Also, if you have any actual transcriptions of Wills and /or Deeds for Bute Co., give your self the gift of a warm fuzzy feeling by sharing. I checked the microfilm today that I have for the original wills and the film is VERY DIFFICULT to read. I would like to see all the Wills posted in full but it may take me a lifetime if I have to transcribe all of them from the microfilm. Thanks, Nola
