    3. Wanted to let everyone know the Bute Co. GenWeb page is now online - barely. I have just started transcribing and posting the material on hand. Ginger Christmas-Beattie has prepared a complete index to the Bute Co. Wills and we have started transcribing Mary Hinton Kerr's Bute Co. records. I do want to ask, if anyone has ANY copy or transcripton of any Bute Co. Wills, please consider sharing them. Bute Co. only existed from 1764 to 1779 so I do think it is possible to put a copy of each and every Will online with a little help. Now.. Wills, Wills, who has the Wills? Check out our bare bones startup at: http://www.rootsweb.com/~ncbute/ Nola

    3. Nola, I don't have any transcripts of primary documents for Bute, only excerpts from existing books by Holcomb, Kerr & others. Stephen Bradley gave me permission to post excerpts from his books, but I haven't asked the others. Mark "N. Duffy" wrote: > > Wanted to let everyone know the Bute Co.
