Can anyone share some advice for doing research in Edgecombe? How does what the county courthouse retained compare with what has been sent to the Raleigh Archives? Specific information about any special manuscript files or family files available in the Library would also be helpful. Many local libraries allow people to submit their family sheets so that others doing research in the Library can locate them.
