First, such information as would be submitted would be for the most part little more than guesswork, or deducing data from the 1880 and 1900 censuses; thus it would be inherently unreliable. Hasn't everyone pretty much filled the 1890 gap in their own research? Secondly, it sounds like this person is going to compile the data into a book and then sell it. So it's the old question: do you want your hard-earned research data to be used by another person for their own profit? Count me out. John Ottinger
