Two years ago, I purchased another CD title from Ancestry at the cost of $35. I could not get the CD to work and when I contacted Ancestry about the problem, I received no response to numerous tries leaving me out the cost of the CD plus S&H. I had a cousin who suffered similarly at their hands. Deal with them at your own risk!!!!!!!! Dot Baker
