I also have ordered from Heritage Quest and I do not have any complaints. In fact on one order I ordered two tapes that I had mistaking ordered before. I called the 800 number and told them what had happened. I couldn't send them back but they graciously sent me two free certificates. I do not work for Heritage Quest. Jo
