The bond was paid to the clerk on Aug. 25, 1847. An account was received from the clerk of the county court on Sept. 1, 1847 as the intestate's share of proceeds of the sale of slaves belonging in common to the distributees of Kader Parker, Feb. 1, 1848, Feb Ct. 1848.
