Pat, What browser are you using for the internet? If you are using IE try doing these things: 1. clear your cache by going to the top of the IE page click on TOOLS then INTERNET OPTIONS then DELETE COOKIES and DELETE FILES. This will clear any old information in your computer that is no longer needed. 2. after your cache is clear then at the top again click on TOOLS then INTERNET OPTIONS then click on the Privacy tab make sure this is set on MEDIUM this will allow you to view all web pages without any interference. 3. then click on TOOLS AGAIN thenINTERNET OPTIONS then on Security. Click on Custom Level...make sure towards the bottom of the box it says RESET CUSTOM SETTINGS is set on MEDIUM. 4. Go to START, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, then do a disk clean up. Make sure ALL boxes are checked then delete them. This WILL NOT harm your computer or delete anything that will mess up your computer. It only deletes saved copies of pages and unneccessary things.
