John Davis died in Sampson County in 1789. His wife Fanny was in court 13 May 1789 and filed a suit of dower against Isaac, James, Benjamin and Jeremiah Davis, heirs of the said John Davis. One deed made me wonder if she could have been a Frazier. Any lead to the identification of John, Fanny, or the children would be appreciated. Margie Davis Roe
