Pat, Are you continuing to roll down the page until you can go no further at all? It appears that the page may end where Diane has the "Search" box, but it does not. There is a second section entitled "ATTENTION PLEASE". There is yet another section, It is in this section that each line is a hyperlink to a page that has the information. When you run the mouse across these sentences, you should see the cursor change shape. In Outlook Express mine changes to a hand with one finger pointing upward. Try clicking on these underlined sentences. If nothing happens when you click on those sentences, it may be that your browser is set up to not allow HTML code. This is a choice on either your browser or some security software. In order to take advantage of much of the genealogy material, we must sometimes choose a "Medium" security setting. I hope one of these ideas helps get you to the great material Diane is posting for all of us to use. Thanks Lura! Maybe we can get her in there soon before she wants to give up! : ) If the things you mention and the email I sent on how to change and delete cookies, etc doesn't work I will walk her step by step on how to get to the pages.
