The WEST DNA study group now has 108 documented lines, one of them being the line of Willis WEST of Bladen, Duplin, Sampson Counties, NC and Fayette Co., GA. Willis' group is Family #12 and the haplogroup is I1c. Samuel WEST of Duplin and Sampson Counties, NC is Family Group 10 and that haplogroup is R1b1. We would very much like to have the DNA of one of the WEST families of Craven County, Cumberland County and Robeson County.
