I will put what i found on James M Hines and hope that someone will put what they have on JOEL HINES, i have the Hines from the 1850/60 census, and some of them had married into the Sutton family. Wait said Willis drowned in Neuse River near White Hall, WFT vol9 #569, said Willis was from Wayne Co.,?? but that their source came from the Family Bible and a Luticia Lee of Sanford ,Fl . Has the Bible. I do not know when this was put into the WFT. So Please do a little more searching .
