Felix Kenan by virtue of the execution did levy the same on a tract of land patented by John Brown on the NE side of Muddy Creek cont. 100A, beg. on the corner at the sd. creek, which sd. land is between the land now John Woodward's & John Magee's & the afsd. Ct. 1786. 1A 488 John Magee of New Hanover Co., nigh the Town of Wilmington, to Ebenezer Garrison, planter of Duplin Co., 24 Aug 1787, for 35 pds. current money 50A on th Marsh Branch near Muddy Creek, it being part of 2 surveys of land patented by William Magee & the other one patented by John Magee, beg. at a red oak on the SS of the Mill Branch upon William Farrior's line, to a pine upon Thomas Blake's line, to William Farrior's corner.
