Hi All, Gregory Hall shows in the Duplin County census in 1830 & 1840. He has 2 sets of children. 1st family, wife is unknown by may be Mary. The kids are: Mary 1821 married Brantley Quinn Drewery 1822 married Peggy Bishop Nancy 1825 married Amos Thigpen Lewis Bythal 1828 married Lavina John Hall 1830 married Betsy Thigpen 2nd family, wife is Elizabeth per census. Could be Smithy Brock? Not sure. Kids are: Nicholas 1833 Elizabeth Jane 1834 Married William Miller William J. 1839 married Mary Susan Sanderson Edward 1842 I'm working with people descended from Gregory's son Lewis and Drew any I'm descended from William. We have looked through deeds, and wills and had other people look through books of deeds and wills, including Dee. There are no records on LDS or any other internet sites that we've been able to find. A trip to the Dallas Herring library yielded no Gregory. Can anyone out there help the three of us in finding out who Gregory's parents are? Any help you could give would be triple appreciated! Thanks! Judy
