Militia Said to have been from Scotland, and arrived in NC before the Rev. No details of his service has been found. He died in 1792. There is also John Knowles. He recd. a pension, wounded at Battle of Rockfish Bridge. There are 5 Sellers, 1 Sutton, 8 Taylors, listed in the book. Its called Revolutionary War Records, Duplin & Sampson Co.,NC by Virginia L. Bizzell & Oscar M.Bizzell. I have found it most helpful. Jackie in Shingle Springs, CA.
