Dear Duplin List and Taylor List Friends, Tonight I placed on Family History House, my research paper on William Taylor of Duplin County who was murdered by his slave Darby in the spring of 1787. I have been working on this over the course of about ten years, and it is a lengthy and comprehensive paper. I feel it contains some of the most moving historical material I have worked with.
