Hi Sue, This is going to take a little digging. There is nothing in the Duplin Abstracts (don't forget I have more books ordered covering all the years) and you didn't give me any dates, so all I could check are the years 1784-1813. There are no Greshams with any spelling variations, but tomorrow I'll check some other books of very early provinces in North Carolina. Please let me know any dates that you have. You did great. A lookup is a request for information (specific or general) from an individual or a "list" (such as Bladen or Duplin). When I started buying this collection of books, I asked the Bladen List if anybody needed any lookups. I don't think I was quite that public with the Duplin List, but the invitation is just as heartfelt. You will discover that these people are most generous, with both their enthusiasm and their tireless efforts in someone else behalf. All you have to do is ask.
