    3. The Snells in Duplin County are probably descendents of Roger Snell who migrated from Bertie Co to Duplin County along with the Bell, King and Byrd families in about 1752. Roger Snell's will was written 27 Oct 1758 and probated 2 Jun 1759. He names in the will his wife, Ann, sons James and Roger, and daughters Mary King, Rebecca Herring, Ann King and Partheny. Sorry, I don't have any further information on the descendents of the sons.
