I'm new to the list, and wanted to post the names I'm researching in Duplin Co. I've traced my WATKINS & GRICE lines from Muhlenberg Co., Kentucky back to Duplin co. My g.g.g.g.grandfather Peter WATKINS (also spelled WADKINS) b. abt 1770 N.C. married Delilah GRICE 25 May 1789 in Johnston Co., NC. I believe Peter's father is either Levin or Peter, Sr. Watkins. Children born to this union. Stephen WATKINS c. 1791 North Carolina Lewis WATKINS c 1792 N. C. Sally WATKINS c. 1794 N. C. Elizabeth c. 1797 N. C. James 29 Aug. 1798 N.C. ? KY.
