I am researching the Murphy Family along with the related families of Lanier, White, and others of Duplin & Sampson counties. I am looking for information on the ancestors/descendants of James WHITE, born abt 1814 in Sampson, NC; married to Elizabeth LANIER, born abt 1817 in Sampson or Duplin Co., NC; the daughter of John LANIER and Esther ??
